New Header...Love it? Hate it? Don't Care???

I'm not in love with this, but it's closer to what I want, and it's not horribly off center, so that's something.  Due to busyness, I'll have to live with it for a few days.  I probably need to change my page background now, but I haven't figured THAT out yet, so for now at least the header and the rest of the page don't clash too badly.  Feel free to weigh in with any thoughts or suggestions...
