Thankful Day 2-Fall
Today, I'm thankful for fall:
Yes, it might mean that my hands are freezing, and that my nose is running, but it's SOOOO pretty. Color is exploding everywhere:
This is my drive to the grocery store on a rainy afternoon, and still beautiful color everywhere, even when the skies are dreary. I don't have to drive to a destination to see it, I just have to look out my windows.
This is the street across from us:
I'm so thankful to God for giving us eyes that can see the colors of fall, and for making tree leaves change color at all. Our world is pretty beautiful as is, but seasons each have their own splendor and make you appreciate God's creation and attention to detail even more.
So fall, I'm thankful for fall. And as soon as I'm feeling better, I'm going to be out collecting some of those gorgeous leaves.
