Best Part of My Day-December 11
A dear, dear, sweet woman from our old church sends us a downloadable advent calendar every year. If you've never heard of them, you really have to check out Jacquie Lawson. Her cards and things are great, and the advent calendars are amazing.
Anyway, we were doing ours this morning, and it had a "wrap your presents" activity. Here's Sari choosing her wrapping paper and ribbons, etc.
I forget which Christmas carol was playing as the background music for this activity, but all of a sudden, my "large boy" burst into dramatic song. It was hilarious...and contagious. If you look in the background, you can see even his normally reserved sister joined in.
So an impromptu sing-along of theatrical proportions-best part of my day.
